Jack Burnham - Octopus Investments

Jack joined Octopus from the social housing sector in 2022, to launch the Octopus Affordable Housing Fund in 2023 against a difficult financial backdrop to deliver high levels of social impact alongside fair financial returns for investors. A number of early successes including growing the homes owned by the Fund from 10 to 200 homes in the first six months, the Fund has gathered momentum, and Jack and his team's efforts in applying their sector skills to the financial services industry have created a Fund which is scaling quickly, in a key area of interest for the LGPS.

Charlie Sheridan - Redington

Having joined Redington as an apprentice, Charlie’s combination of attitude and aptitude paved the way for an unprecedented rise through the ranks to Vice President in our LGPS team.Today he is the key point of contact across his LGPS client base (working with 6 funds with combined assets of c. £45bn over the year), interacting with key stakeholders, developing complex investment solutions and implementing those solutions for the benefit of his clients and their beneficiaries. He is passionate about his continued personal growth and bringing innovation, resilience and integrity to the ever changing LGPS industry.
